ECOACCESS is a smart web app that assigns a unique QR code to every electrical switchboard, giving customers instant access to specifications, drawings, documents, and maintenance scheduling. With ECOACCESS, managing switchboard information is faster, easier, and more organized streamlining maintenance and improving operational efficiency.

Public Panel Access (QR Scan View)

• Panel Overview: Displays essential panel details, associated job order, and customer information.
• Technical Specifications: Shows the detailed technical specifications of the panel.
• Associated Documents: Provides direct links to AS BUILT drawings and Test Certificates (OneDrive/SharePoint links).
• Maintenance Tasks: Lists all scheduled and completed maintenance tasks for the panel.
• Service History Log: A chronological record of all activities related to the panel.
• Maintenance Checklist: Includes a comprehensive IEC 61439 compliant Preventive & Corrective Maintenance Checklist.
• Contact Information: Provides EAMFCO's customer care and company details for support.
• Security Verification: Integrates Cloudflare Turnstile, multi-layer rate limiting, and device reputation checks to prevent abuse and ensure legitimate access.

Maintenance Management (Public Panel)

• Schedule New Tasks: Public users can schedule new maintenance tasks with title, description, status, priority, maintenance person name, and scheduled date/time.
• Edit Existing Tasks: Update the status and description of maintenance tasks.
