Project Overview

EAMFCO provided comprehensive electrical panel solutions for the prestigious AL SALAM HOTEL in Jeddah. This project involved the design, manufacturing, and installation of various critical electrical systems to ensure reliable and efficient power distribution throughout the hotel's facilities.

Our contribution included Low Voltage Switchboards (LV Switchboards), Sub-Main Distribution Boards (SMDB), and Motor Control Centers (MCC). These systems are vital for the hotel's operations, from guest services to essential building infrastructure.

Motor Control Centers are simply physical groupings of combination starters in one assembly. A combination starter is a single enclosure containing the motor starter, fuses or circuit breaker, and a device for disconnecting power. Other devices associated with the motor, such as push buttons and indicator lights may also be included. Motor control centers are in modern practice a factory assembly of several motor starters. A motor control center can include variable frequency drives, programmable controllers, and metering and may also be the electrical service entrance for the building.
