Project Overview

EAMFCO provided comprehensive electrical solutions for the Golden Chicken Factory in Riyadh. This project involved the supply and installation of critical electrical infrastructure to support the factory's extensive operations.

Our scope included Low Voltage Switchgear & Distribution Boards (LV Switchgear & DB), Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), and Synchronization Panels. Package Substations were manufactured to the same high standard as our switchboards, offering a complete MV/LV package which can also incorporate MV switchgear either standalone or close-coupled to the LV Equipment.

These Substations are all factory-assembled and tested, designed and manufactured to satisfy specific customer requirements. The package substation is a combination of the Ring Main unit, the Transformer, and the Low-Voltage panel. The Synchronization panels are mainly designed and used to meet power system requirements, utilizing Schneider Multi-purpose IP55 compact steel enclosures for a fast and simple solution. The synchronizing panel operates on an automatic mains failure system, so that when the main supply is interrupted on one or all phases (after an adjustable delay period), the generator sets will start up together.
